Performance Evaluation Time!

It's about time for Lee Todd's annual performance evaluation. What's your opinion of how well Todd has performed his duties this past year? Has he communicated well? Has he moved us closer to top 20 status?

If he does the absolute minimum required by his contract, does he deserve a bonus?

Do you think you should get a bonus for doing your job?

Its my opinion that this nation is in such dire straights because of the continued abuse of staff by UK Admin and especially Dr. Todd. Keeping wages so low, no increases for cost of living, eroding of benefits. For what his precious Top 20? For his effigy the new hospital. UK Staff, people of Kentucky cannot afford to lend a blind eye to his problem any more. This Admin has bankrupted this Univ. Enough. Lets hire another Admin to review the problem!

The US News just published its rankings and, again, UK didn't make it to the Top 50 among the category of National Public Research (Doctorate-granting) Universities. When Todd took the helm, UK was #54 or #56. After 8 years of struggles... we are still there.

I am starting to think of Pres. Wethington with fondness...
